Location close enough to the train station, city centre, shopping mall, restaurants, and the main train station. Perfectly clean and huge room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

The breakfasts were absolutely excellent!
The hotel was luxurious and fancy with amiable people at the reception desk. A wide range of freshly made food, I enjoyed it.

The hotel looked quite old from the outside but was being renovated at the time of our stay. Our room had been renovated and we clean and comfortable.

The spacious room was not only clean but comfortable, with a large television and a beautifully designed bathroom. The breakfast spread was good with DIY waffles and a variety of snacks available all day-such a charming touch!

The light spacious room. Walking distance from central station and airport bus. 06.00 am breakfast makes an early start possible.
The lack of a lounge area with perhaps a few books and local pictures.

The breakfast was a hit, especially the excellent waffle machine and diverse choices. Plus, its close proximity to the tram stations made sightseeing with our two kids super easy!
My kids wished there were more entertainment options for them.

I liked my room, I guess the floors after the 3rd were new rooms, and the room was super, can say luxury. My other group members rooms were old style at the 3rd floor :)) I like the stuff, young and kind.

The location of the hotel is very good. You can easily reach every mainpoint like central station, Nordstan plaza, Avenny, Liseberg etc. The room was very nice and cleaned daily. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom is hygienic clean.

They have a good breakfast
They put a high price because Bruce Springsteen was playing in town. We booked a 4 people room and found a very small room with 2 individual beds + a sofa-bed, which had an individual bed, and they used the sofa itself to make the 4th bed: Not comfortable at all... They forgot to clean the room.... but I think this was only a mistake
